Raira/Laira (don't know the good typo) from Jushin Enbu : Hero Tales (dont know the right typo either xd), the naw manga of Hiromu Arakawa (FMA)
I watched the 8 firts episode of the anime (so no spoliers please if you watch or read more than me è0é.
I like her a lot, I prefer her to Winry (i don't like, well be honnest, I hate Winry >< so I was glad to see that for once I like the main female charact of an Arakawa manga XD
Tried to make a Cell Shading effect....but, I failed XD
No ideas for the BG...as usual...
Maybe she's saying " Baka Aniki, is this way for going to the capital..." XD I like her when she call Taitou like that X3

And the opening "Winterlong" by Beat Crusaders is to great ! >w< ( Beat Crusaders made the sings in Beck too **)
